Community Guidelines - Vibyo

Welcome to Vibyo, a space built for meaningful connections, real conversations, and shared experiences. Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone using the app. To help us protect that space, we ask all users to follow these Community Guidelines. These guidelines apply to all users and content, and work alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using Vibyo, you agree to uphold these values. Failure to comply may lead to warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans. In serious cases, we may also notify law enforcement authorities.

🔒 Respect & Safety First

When interacting on the app, treat others as you would in face-to-face encounters. Our goal is to make sure everyone feels respected and at ease while engaging in conversations and activities.

1. Hate Speech and Discrimination

Any content that insults, threatens, or targets someone based on their race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or appearance is strictly forbidden.

2. Religious Insensitivity

Respect religious beliefs and avoid sharing content that mocks, misrepresents, or disrespects any faith, practice, or religious symbol.

3. Terrorism or Violent Extremism

Do not promote or support terrorism, extremist views, or criminal organizations. Sharing violent threats or glorifying violence is not acceptable.

4. Self-Harm or Suicide Encouragement

While we support open conversations about mental health, Vibyo does not allow any content that encourages or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behavior. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact emergency services.

5. Violence or Abuse

Content that depicts, promotes, or threatens physical violence, abuse, or cruelty to people or animals is strictly banned.

6. Sexually Explicit or Inappropriate Content

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward nudity, pornography, or any sexually explicit or graphic content — especially anything involving minors or non-consensual activity. Unsolicited sexual remarks are also not allowed.

7. Bullying and Harassment

Do not insult, attack, or harass others. This includes name-calling, body shaming, stalking, or revealing someone’s personal details (also called doxxing).

8. Invasion of Privacy

Respect everyone’s right to privacy. Do not share photos, videos, or personal information of others without their explicit permission.

9. Illegal Activities

Do not use Vibyo to engage in or promote illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Selling drugs, alcohol, or weapons
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Gambling or money laundering

10. Impersonation

Creating accounts that impersonate real people, brands, or public figures to deceive or mislead is strictly forbidden.

11. Misinformation

Spreading false information or rumors is harmful. Only share content you know is accurate. Clearly label any satire or parody as such.

12. Spamming, Scamming, and Phishing

Don't post spam, promote scams, or attempt to collect users’ personal information through misleading means.
